Full condo renovations, high-rise interiors and whole home remodels across Southwest Florida, built and personally managed by licensed contractor Brian Davis.
Why whole home is different
Remodel a kitchen and the rest of the house absorbs the disruption. Remodel the whole place and there is nowhere for the disruption to go. Every trade has to arrive in the right order, because a plumber who shows up two days late does not cost you two days, he costs you the tile crew, the cabinet install and the inspection slot behind him.
Complete Construction Group is a licensed Florida general contractor (Certified Building Contractor CBC1266704) based in Bonita Springs. Owner Brian Davis sequences and supervises the whole job personally, from the first walkthrough and written scope through permits, association approvals, construction and the final walkthrough. One accountable person for the entire house, not a different number for every trade.
What we build
The unit comes apart and goes back the way you actually use it. One contract covers demolition, plumbing and electrical, kitchen, baths, flooring, trim and paint, with permits, inspections and the association package handled for you.
A tower is a different job from a low-rise, and most of the difference is logistics rather than construction. Every tool, tile and cabinet goes up one service elevator on a booked window, and everything you remove comes back down the same way.
Single-family homes across Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples taken room by room or all at once. Most homes here built before the 2000s have the kitchen closed off and the finishes thirty years behind the rest of the house.
Walls are already open during a renovation, which makes it the only sensible moment to deal with what is behind them. Polybutylene supply lines were used widely in Florida construction through the 1980s and 1990s and they fail without warning.
The structural work that changes how a place lives rather than how it looks. Removing walls, relocating plumbing, and turning space that was never used into something that is.
2026 pricing
Most contractors in this market will not put a number on a page. Here are the ranges we work in, so you can tell before you call whether we are the right fit. Every one of these becomes an exact, itemized written price after one visit.
| Scope | Typical range | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Condo kitchen only | $30,000 to $70,000 | Cabinetry, counters, backsplash, flooring and appliance installation in a condo, including association logistics |
| Condo bathroom only | $18,000 to $40,000 | Full gut, waterproofed tiled shower, vanity, flooring and glass, detailed for the unit below |
| Full condo renovation | $75,000 to $200,000+ | Kitchen, baths, flooring, trim, paint and systems throughout the unit under one contract |
| Whole home interior | $150 to $350 per sq ft | Full interior renovation of a single-family home, priced by area and finish level |
Ranges reflect projects we quote in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, North Naples and Fort Myers. High-rise units usually sit in the same ranges, with building logistics adding to both the schedule and the budget. Updated October 2026.
No sales rep, no handoff to a project manager you have never met. Brian walks the job, writes the estimate and runs the schedule.
We measure, look at what is behind the walls where we can, and talk through scope honestly, including what is not worth doing.
An itemized scope room by room with allowances for cabinetry, stone and tile, so you can see what each upgrade costs before you choose it.
We pull the permit with the authority that has jurisdiction and prepare the association package for condos before anything is demolished.
Trades sequenced in order, common areas protected, site cleaned daily. We are not finished until your punch list is finished.
Condos, associations and timing
In a high-rise or a gated community, the construction is rarely what delays a renovation. The approvals are. Most associations will not let a crew through the door until they have reviewed a package, and most of them meet on their own schedule rather than yours. On a single bathroom that costs you a week. On a whole unit it can cost you a season.
We prepare that package as part of the job and submit it early, because a contractor who has not done it before will hand it back to you to figure out while your window closes.
Timing matters more here than in most markets, and on a whole-unit job it decides whether the project happens this year at all. Many associations restrict interior construction from roughly November through April, when the building is full.
Seasonal resident? We can run the job while you are north and send progress photographs as it goes. Send us your association documents and we will read them before you commit to a date.
Behind the walls
A whole home renovation is the one moment the walls are open. What you deal with now is routine. What you leave is a finished wall you will be cutting back into later.
Used widely in Florida construction through the 1980s and 1990s, and it fails without warning. Many insurers now ask about it directly. Replacing it during demolition costs a fraction of replacing it after it floods a finished unit.
Panels and circuit counts from the era rarely match how a house is used now. Kitchens in particular need dedicated circuits that older plans simply do not have.
Hard flooring over an occupied unit needs rated underlayment, and most associations require proof. It is cheap at install and impossible to add afterwards.
A closed-up house in August is the condition that finds every gap. Sealing properly during the rebuild is what stops the humidity problems that show up as smell and mould two years later.

A high-rise condo in Estero taken room by room: kitchen, baths, flooring and finishes throughout, coordinated around the building’s elevator bookings and work-hour rules. This is the job this page is about.
Who runs your job
I was born and raised here, and I have been working with my hands since I was a kid. When I went into business for myself, the whole point was that the person you meet is the person who runs your project.
On a whole home or a full unit that matters more than on anything else we do. You are handing over your entire place, often while you are a thousand miles away, and the only thing that keeps a job like that on schedule is one person holding the whole sequence in his head. That is me, not a coordinator you have never met.

A full condo renovation typically runs $75,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on size, finish level and how much moves. A condo kitchen on its own usually lands between $30,000 and $70,000, and a condo bathroom between $18,000 and $40,000. You get an exact written price after one visit.
Whole home interior renovations generally run $150 to $350 per square foot, with the range driven by finish level, how many bathrooms are involved and whether the layout changes. A 2,000 square foot home at a mid-range finish therefore sits around the $300,000 mark, though phasing it room by room spreads that out.
Most full unit and whole home renovations run eight to twenty weeks on site. Before that, allow four to six weeks for selections, the written scope, permitting and association approval, and longer if cabinetry is custom ordered. High-rise work adds time for elevator scheduling and restricted working hours.
Yes, as part of the job. We prepare the submittal package with the scope of work, schedule, our state license and certificates of insurance naming the association, plus permit documentation and underlayment specifications. We submit it early, because approval windows run from a few days to several weeks and on a whole-unit job that is the difference between making your season or missing it.
For most buildings, May through October. Many associations restrict interior construction during season, roughly November through April, when the building is full. Off season also means better trade availability and less backed-up permitting. Single-family homes can be renovated year round. Rules vary building to building, so send us your documents.
If you have it, yes. Polybutylene supply line was used widely in Florida construction through the 1980s and 1990s and it fails without warning, often behind a finished wall. Many insurers now ask about it directly and some will not write a policy where it remains. A renovation is the only time the walls are already open, which makes it a fraction of the cost of doing it later.
Sometimes, if the work is phased room by room and you keep a working kitchen and bathroom through each stage. On a full gut, no. Phasing costs more overall and takes longer, but it is the right answer for people who have nowhere else to be. We will tell you honestly which your project is.
Yes, in almost every case. Any work involving plumbing, electrical, gas or structural changes requires a permit and inspections, and that covers nearly every renovation beyond paint and flooring. We pull it with whichever authority has jurisdiction over your address: the City of Bonita Springs, the Village of Estero, the City of Naples, or Lee or Collier County for unincorporated areas.
Yes. If the wall is load bearing it needs an engineered beam, a permit and inspections, and that is normal work for a licensed building contractor. In a condo there is an extra step, because what looks like a partition may be carrying load or hiding a shared plumbing stack that cannot move. We confirm what is in a wall before quoting its removal.
Yes, and a lot of our condo work runs exactly that way. We send progress photographs as the job moves and handle the association, the permit office and the trades directly. Seasonal owners are a large part of this market and the job is built around that.
Yes. Every renovation we build carries a one year workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails because of how it was installed, we come back and correct it. Manufacturer warranties on cabinetry, appliances and fixtures run separately and we register them in your name where that applies.
Yes. Complete Construction Group is owned by Brian Davis, a Florida Certified Building Contractor, license CBC1266704, and the business is insured. You can verify the license on the Florida DBPR website at myfloridalicense.com.
